PROPOSED AUCKLAND TOUR. rp KR Press Association.l AUCKLAND, Sept. 22. The Auckland Provincial Bowling Association has appointed a committee to ascertain the possibility of a southern tour during the corning season. The chairman stated that the season would be a busy one, including visits from New South Wales and southern teams. The idea was for the team which visits the Northern Association tovrnament at Wellington in January to play Gisborne, Napier, Hastings, and Masterton on the way south, and West Coast bowlers of various places on the return trip.
