MASTERTON RETURNS. I Pku Pness association. | MASTERTON Oct. 6. The first quarterly court returns since no-license show a considerable falling off compared with the previous quarter. There were 13 convictions for drunkenness, against 24; 73 persons were taken into custody, against 220; and 42 were summarily convicted, against 193.
