United Press Association —Copyright MELBOURNE, October 7.
The inter-State Commission Bill has been introduced into the Senate. It is chiefly based on the English Act as regards trade and commerce, while the best J points of the American Act are laid under tribute. The controversial clause is No. 5, which deals with industrial disputes. It is not sought to supercede the State industrial tribunal, but power is given to act when the dispute involves unfair compettion.
