LADY BANKRUPT’S “EXPECTATIONS.” United Press Association Copyright, LONDON, October 13. Extraordinary discloures have been made in connection with the examination in bankruptcy, of Miss Violet Chairleswortli, whose tragic disappearance after a motor car accident, and subsequent tracking down by the police last year, caused such a sensation. Miss Chariesworth alleges that she had great expectations from several gentlemen, including £155,000 from Alexander McDonald, who was last heard of in Melbourne. The official receiver suggests that these gentlemen are mythical.
