United Press Association— Copyright. (Received November 8, 10 p.m.) - CALCUTTA, Nov. 8. The police raided the offices of a newspaper at Allahabad. The editor was arrested. , The police at Lahore arrested a man ~i n connection with the publication of seditious books. A dozen press and book agencies were raided.
