United Press \BBociation —Copyright MOROCCO, Nov. 28. On& thousand Spanish troops have occupied Mount Adlaten, dominating the .roadways and waterways towards the interior of Morocco. They are now fortifying it. The Moors did not resist. • - : The Spanish Cabinet has decided not to continue a forward campaign and the troops will return at General Marina’s discretion.
