North Sydney and adjacent suburbs are in darkness to-night, the gas supply having given out. The western miners at an aggregate meeting decided by a large majority to start work to-morrow morning.
TRAINS RUNNING ON ALL LINES.
SYDNEY, Dec. 21. Mr Wade’s Bill received assent and came into operation yesterday. The full passenger and mixed train services will be restored on all lines to-morrow.
