ARRANGEMENTS FOR DUNEDIN RECEPTION.

DUNEDIN, Feb. 9. A meeting of citizens was held last night to consider the form of reception to Lord Kitchener on his arrival here on the evening of the 17th inst. It was decided that he be welcomed at the railway station by the Mayor and Councillors on behalf of the citizens, and driven in an on on carriage to the Fernhill Club.
