MELBOURNE, Feb. 11
Messrs Deakin and Cook conferred with Lord Kitchener prior to his departure fo r New Zealand to-morrow. It is expected that Lord Kitchener’s report will be ready to-morrow. Though much of the contents are confidential, it is intended to publish the main features.
