LORD CHARLES .BERESFORD’S ALLEGATIONS DENIED.

Mr. R. McKenna, First Lord of the Admiralty, in reply to a correspondent, says that Lord Charles Beresford’s allegations at Dartford are nonsense. The Invincible has fired and can fire her guns, and is able to do so again if necessary.
