BOAT LOAD DROWNED IN SIGHT

United Press Association— Copyright LONDON, Feb. 21. A three-masted vessel has been wrecked at Pembrokeshire.
Spectators watched a boatful of people rowing shorewards. Suddenly the boat was swamped and none of those on board were saved.
At another point eighteen lifejackets were washed ashore.
