PROPOSED RESTRICTION OF EMIGRATION. United Press Association— Copyright (Received 'March 24, 10.50 p.m.) ‘CALCUTTA, March 24. The Secretary for Commerce and Industry has introduced a Bill in the Legislative Council, Calcutta, giving the Government power to prohibit emigration to any country where the treatment accorded to British Indians does not meet with the approval of the Governor-General. A RELIGIOUS FEUD. (Received March 25, 4.30 p.m.) CALCUTTA, March 25. Religious .feuds caused riots at Peslia_ wur. Four Hindoos and three Moliam"mendens were killed and 38 wounded. Troops had to be called out to restore order.
