WHAT CANADA WANTS
The “Financial Times” declares that Canada, notwithstanding all that is being said by enthusiastic emigration agents, is not really desirous of receiving. British emigrants except those of the laboring classes, but that the Dominion is willing to absorb all the surplus capital that Britain is able to spare.
