Ngata £3 12s 6d,. costs 31s 6d; Dalgety and Co. v .James Beattie £4l, costs £3 2s 6d; S. Bright v. Hoki Leach £8 9s 7d, costs £2 0s 6d; Te Rau Press, Ltd. v. Charles O’Connor £2l 16s, costs £4 Is 6d; Frederick Wright and Leonard Oswald Wright v. George Lindsay James £3, costs 23s 6d.
On judgment summon orders, Wainriki Tamihana was ordered to pity W. J. Hutton £2l 17s 7d, in default 21 days’ imprisonment; Rangi Pepuere was "ordered to pay Duncan J. Clacher £7 19s 3d, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended on payment of 10s monthly ; Joseph Semple was ordered to pay AY. R. Garbett £2 11s 6d. in default two days’ gaol; G. Schultz was ordered to pay Sam AleKee £ll. in default 11 days, gaol; Claude Nepia was ordered to pay S. Bright £l9 0s Id, in default 21 days’ gaol; Wharc Carroll was ordered to pay A. Littler £9l 0s 6d in default 30 days’ cao!.
ALLEGED ARSON The hearing of the arson charge against Joseph Henry Trask, 47, was concluded yesterday afternoon, and the. accused was committed for trial.
