NEWS FROM KHARTOUM.
REPORTED CAPTURE OF EMIN . PASHA UNTRUE. ' [Special to Rzutbb’s Aobnct—Coptbight.] (Received January 18, 3 30 p.m.) Cairo, Jan. 17. A spy in ths employ of the Egyptian Government returned to Suakin to-day from Khartoum, having left the latter place at Christmas. He brings news of the murder of Lupton Bey. The reported surrender of Bahr el Gbazel province to the Mahdi, and the capture of Emin Pasha, was a mere rumor.
