Miss Mabel Sylvester.

There promises to be a big reception for Miss Mabel Sylvester, the champion lady skater, who makes her first appearance at the City Rink to-morrow night. In our last issue we gave some of the criticisms of the Melbourne papers. Here are a few further extracts to show what a pleasure is in store for Gisborne people The Morning Times (Oakland, Cal.)—She went through a series of movements that were simply marvellous—her waltzing toe movements and clog dancing elicited rounds of applause.
