London, June 20. The strike of sailors at Liverpool and the Clyde, is collapsing. Howard, connected with the Electric Sugar fraud, has been found guilty. A jubilant letter has been received from Mr Dillon, giving a glowing account of his success in Australia, and forwarding £1,200 from Melbourne in aid of the League funds. Edith O'Gorman, the “ escaped nun,” was mobbed at Kensington Town Hall, and only escaped to a neighboring churchyard with the assistance of the police. New Yobk, June 20. A popular vote has been taken in Pennsylvania on the question ot prohibition, with the result that it was negatived by a majority of 200,000.
