THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE TRIPLE ALLIANCE. BISMARCK AND WALDERSEE. A PROPOSAL TO CALL RUSSIA TO ACCOUNT. London, June 20. It is reported that a treaty has been signed by Germany, Austria, and Italy, by the terms of which, in event ot war with France, Italy will occupy Tunis, Nice and Savoy, while Austria takes Servia, Montenegro, and a portion of German Switzerland. Berlin, June 20.
Count Waldersee, Chief ot the German staff, sent a memorandum to the Emperor urging him to call Russia to account for her increased armaments on the German frontier, but Bismarck dissuaded him from anting upon it.
