A Will Case.
[special to ths standard.] Nafieb, last night. At the Supreme Court yesterday Hi* Honor the Chief Justice and a special jury had before them the wi'l case Cooper v. Raihania K»bui. Mr E. ff. Ward, of Gisborne, was for tha plaintiff, and Messrs Cotterill and E. H. Williams for the defence) Tha plaintiff had taken out probate of the will of Paoro Torptoro. under which the plaintiff was appointed trustee for those relatives of the dec tased who benefited under the will. Deceased, however, h-d made two other wills, and defendant prayed that the probate granted to Cooper bn revoked and be granted for one of the latter wills. After hearing the evidence the jury returned * verdict for defendant on all points raised, The Court did not sit to-day.
