ANOTHER DIFFICULTY FOR THE GISBORNE BOARD, fraOM OUB OWN COBBESPONDENT.J Napieb, last night. At a meeting of the Hawke’s Bay Chari, table Aid Board this afternoon a letter was read from the Cook (Gisborne) Board, notifying that a woman and four children had been granted temporary assistance, and that the Cook Board looked to Napier for payment.
