Turnbull, claim £3 2i Id ; judgment by default, costs 6s. Kennedy and Evans v. R. Cooper, claim £4 14s; judgment by default, costs 6s. Same v. A. Ward, claim 10s; judgment by default, costs 6s. Yesterday the following cases were disposed of: —W. Cooper v. Puhara, claim £76 18s 2d; judgment for plaintiff, costs £5 3s. H. W. Taylor v. W. Black, claim £2 10s; plaintiff nonsuited, costs Bs. George Franklin v. J. Oleary, (Kaiteratahi), claim £4 7s lid; judgmentforamount,’ costs £1 Igs 6d. In the first case Mr DeLautour was for plaintiff and Mr Day for defendant. In the second case Messrs Day and Nolan appeared. Trustees in A. Bond's estate v. A. Parsons, claim £5, for damages for cutting some maize; Mr Chrisp for plaintiff, and Mr Finn for defendant. Plaintiff nonsuited, with costs £5 Ils. Common, Shelton and Co. v. G. Jones, claim £7 4s 7d; Mr DeLautour for plaintiff, and Mr Day for defendant. Judgment for amount, costs £2 3s. W. Madder v. G. Franklin, claim £2 12s; judgment for amount, costs 6s.
