The Hussars’ Ball.
The Hussars’ Ball at the City Rink this evening is likely to be a great euocese. The hall is being prettily decorated for the occasion, and it is expected that the Ball will be uneoHpsed by anything previously held in the district. The Committee have been indefatigable in their efforts to make the Ball a pronounoed success. Mr Beter Milne especially has been moat persevering in the rather tedious work of preparing decorations, and his master hand will be well observed in a handsome crown In the centre of a circular design on the outer portion of which appears the motto “Bast Coast Hussirs—Defence, not Ikflanc?." The Garrison Band supply the muslo this evening, and on that score the 11 brave men and fair women ” are not likely to have anything to complain of.
