Thomas Watson, for Wealth of Nations Company, water race below present dam at Lankey Gully ; adjourned until next Court da}' for production of papers. Hong Sbue, water-race, tail>race, at Antonio's ; granted. Hong Slme applied for a dam at An* tonio's. This application was objected to by W, G. M'Call, on the ground that the dam would back the water, and render a large area of auriferous ground useless, especially the claim of the objector. Mr Joues, appeared for the objector, and stated that M'Call had applied for a lease of ground, including the dam site. Mr H. Lucas, on being called, said that M'Call's application was made on the loth July, and is set down for bearing on the 22nd next month. 'J he application for the dam ordered to stand over till the 22ad Septem' it. Lee Chins, water race, tail-race, dan), at Antonio's Creek ; granted. The Court then adjourned.
