The half-yearly meeting, which was oommenced on Wednesday last, stands adjourned till next Monday, when pro* jects for crushing plant, etc., will receive due attention: In tbe meantime some of the newly elected directors bave visited the ground, and express great satisfaction at the prospects of the company. Sinking on the* large body of quartz is being continued, and a sample of the stone, which was tested m> Reefton disclosed gold in payable quantity.
