GOLDEN TREASURE. Since the last cleaning up crushing was again resumed on Tuesday, and as far as it has gone shows very well on the plates, fully equal, if not better, than the last lot, which gave 27dwts. to the ton. The north level is being extended, and is now about 35 feet from the chamber. The stone varies in thickness, and is from 2ft 6in to 4ft Gin. Stoping out is being done north and south over the chamber, but the north level is at present not being extended owing to scarcity of hands.
