London, February 21 (Evening.) In the House of Commons to-day a motion was introduced by Labouchere in favor of the seat to which Bradlaugh was elei-tci for (Northampton) being declared vacant. A debate ensued, and the motion was finally re" jcctcd.
Shortly afterwards Bradlaugh en tered the House, walked to the table, and, in the\tempoßary absence of the I clerk, swore, the eiistomary oath. The Speaker at once ordered him to withdraw, and Bradlaugh obeyed, but subsequently* retumefl and claimed his right to take his seat Lord Randolph Churchill thereupon moved that a new writ should be issued for Northampton. The debate on the motion was, however, adjourned till to-morrow. * London, February 22. Bradlaugh has been again expelled the.
