GOLDEN CROWN.

The men engaged in prospecting the two reefs in this claim, have stripped one of them in six different places throughout the whole length of the ground, and found it solid throughout, whilst at every place from which samples have been taken, the stone shows gold freely. This is about 18in wide. There is another larger reef also running through the ground, 3ft in thickness, and the stone froni it is also good but has not been yet fully proved. The reefs are quite distinct being parallel and fully 15Offc apart. A meeting of the shareholders of this company will be held to-morrow (Wednesday) evening, when a fall report will be brought forward.
