No new on oiler. Milling ss, A Cartons 4s lOd, B to -is 9.1, good feed 4s 6d. Wheat. — None offering. Fowl in strong demand. Chaff.—Arrivals dining the week have been small, and cons'quently values have firmed. Bst to £7 12s Gd, good to £7 7s 6d, medium L 7 to £7 2s 6d.
Potatoes—Barely sufficient for requirements and values linn consequently. Best lGs ex store-, sacks included.

Butter—lib pats separator Is sd, milled bulk Is s£d. Honey—Good clover 7£d, sections' 9d (o Is Id, 101b tins 7s d 6. Beeswax—2s 6d per lb. Pigs—Good bacon weights Is to Is Id, overweights 8d to 9d porkers lid to Is. Tallow—Good demand, 45s to 58s per cwt. according to quality. Canterbury onions 12s lid per cwt. Potatoes—Market slightly easier, Oamarus 14s to lGs per cwt, locals 2d per lb. POULTRY. We held our- usual auction sale on Wednesday at 1.30 and the following prices were realised:—Hens, 6 at ss, 28 at 5s 4d 50 at 5s 8:1, 200 at 5s lOd, 84 at Gs. Cockerels, 6s to Bs. Ducks—3 at 5s 6d, 7at 8s 4 at 9s Bq\ 4 at 10s. All at per pair. Turkeys—Gobblers Is to Is Bfd hens Is 4d to Is 6d l-2d per lb. ii'vo weight. Strouach, Morris and Co. Ltd* report for week ended Thursday, 26th February, 1920' as follows: Fat Cattle.—3oß were yarded, which was rather many for trade requirements. Prices were easier all round or £1 per head, in fact before the close of the sale the reduction was more than this. Prime heavy locks brought, £22 to L 25. Prime ditto LlB toL22, medium Lls to £l7 10s, extra prime hellers to Ll7 10s, prime ditto Ll3 to Lls 10s medium £lO to Ll2 01s. Fat Sheep—3,l29 came forward and as the bfreeziug buyer's could not take the whole of the surplus,, values dropped from 2s Gd to 4s per head. Extra prime wethers brought up to 48s 9d. Prime ditto 37s to 42s 6d, medium 33s to 31a, light 27s to 33s extra heavy ewes 45s to 48?, prime ditto 35s .to 4s 1, me limn 27s to light 20s to 255. Fat Lambs—ls69 penned and these were also easier, all except extra prime qualities being difficult to sell. Extra prime lambs brought 33 to 355, prime ditto 26s to 325; medium 22s 6d to 25s Gd, light and finished 18s to 225. Pigs.—The yarding was not as large as lately and the weather being cooler a"good demand was experienced for all offered. Heavy baconers brought up to L 9 10s, lighter do. L 7 15s to L 8 10s, porkers LO to L 7 10s. Suckers and slips were easier by about 10s par head. Rabbitskins —We held a sale yesterday week and offered a medium catalogue to the usual attendance oi buyers. In sympathy with the market report from America prices showed a drop of up to Gd per lb on last sale's rates. Quotations: Small to 55d, racks to 87$ d light racks to 77-|Jt, spring does 8()d to 100 d' summers to 79|-d, milky does to 49£d'. haieskins to 4<3|-d, horse hair 20d to 2-ljd per lb. Oajts—Prime milling 4s lOd to ss, good to best feed 4s 8d >to 4s 9d per bushel (sack extra.) Wheat.—Milling, very little offering. Fowl wheat is also in short supply and meets with a keen demand. Potatoes.—Consignments have been light during the last week and prime locals are bringing from 2d to 2Jd per lb. Chaff.—Consignments have been light daring the last week and prime . oaten sheaf mads with a ready saie , quotations. Prime oaten sheaf I' £7 5s to L 7 10s; medium to good £6 to L 7; light and inferior froim , £5 10s upwards.
