TROOPS START FOR FRONT.
PETROGRAD, April 7. Thirty-two,, '.officers and 321 men Jiare been imprisoned in Moscow. The first troops are starting for tlic front since the revolution. They liad a splendid send-off, and carried red banners inscribed, "For a Free Rtxssia!" "For the Future Republic!" "Down With William!' 1 "War to Victory!" General Ivanoff'has sworn fidelity •to the Government, and has been released under surveillance.
