ERECTION OF BRIDGE
INJUNCTION MADE. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 4. His Honour, Mr Justice Stringe>-, to-day made an injunction on the application of R. Bowen restraining tho New Brighton Borough Council fr.nn erecting a bridgo over tho Avon, which would impede navigation, holding that it would create a nuisance.
