FOUND IN A POOL.

Per Press Association. WHANGAIIEI, Dec. 8. At the adjourned inquest on Thomas Forsyth, whose body was found submerged in a pool, above the Whangurei Falls, on November 30, a verdict was returned that deceased’s death was caused by shock, primarily duo to the condition of his heart, and through injuries self-inflicted while in a state of unsound mind. The medical evidence suggested that deceased atteinpttd to bang himself, but the rope broke, the fall resulting in injuries to the head. He then went to the stream to get a drink of water and expired.
