FOR RECKLESS MOTORISTS. NO SPEED LIMIT. LONDON, Nov. 30. Heavier penalties, including imprisonment. for dangerous motor driving are to be introduced in England in January, says the Daily News. There will still be no general speed limit, but 60 miles an hour will be considered the maximum speed to be attained with safety on the open road. Populous centres and country villages are empowered to enforce a speed limit of ten or even five miles an hour. Driving licenses' will in future contain the photographs of the holders. No licenses to drive will be issued to anyone under 17 years of ago; at present a lad of 16 can secure a car-driv-ing licenso, and boys of 14 may ride motor cycles.
