WILL REGULATE THE WORLD. NEW YORK, Dec. 1. Addressing the 177th annual banquet of the St. Andrew’s Society in Philadelphia Sir Hugh Denison, Australian Commissioner in the United States, said:—; “The American people are hand-in-hand with the people of the British Empire, and are going to regulate the world in future. It is for the Englishspeaking nations to bestow the rule of peace and prosperity. I want to keep the ocean between us pacific.”
