WRECKAGE FOUND.
LOSS OF RUSSIAN CRAFT FEARED. (Australian Press Association.) Received September 14, 10.10 a.m. HELSINGFORS, Sept. 13. A quantity of wreckage tliat lias been washed up on the Esthonian Coast is believed to have belonged to the Russian submarine Voikov and the destroyer Trotsky, which are feared to have sunk in the recent heavy storms. The crews numbered over one hundred.
