SIR JOSEPH WARD.
STILL KEEPING TO ROOM. (By Telegraph.—Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON Sept. 13. Sir Joseph Ward is still keeping to liis room, but he hopes to bo in his place in the House on Tuesday afternoon. In Sir Joseph Ward’s absence from tho House his first lieutenant, Hon. G. IV. Forbes, Minister of Lands, is acting in his stead.
