CHESS CLUB.

On Monday evening the Levin Chess Club returned the Palmerston North Club’s visit. Three games were played. Alessrs Langelen, O. A. Humphrey and Alonk representing the visitors, while the local team were Messrs 'Espiner, Aloore and Alitchell. The Palmerston North Club won all three games.
