FURTHER REPERCUSSION. POSITION OF SHAREHOLDERS. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Service.) Received September 23, 1 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 22. A further repercussion of the Hatry collapse was seen to-day, when the Parent Trust and Finance Company, of which Sir Arthur Du Cros, who loaned Craigwell House to the King is chairman announced that the company is interested in large blocks of Hatry shares, held as security for loans or deposited to cover guarantees. Very substantial amounts were given by the company for financing the Austin Friar Trust, mainly in connection with the steel industries of Great Britain. The directors, who are among the largest shareholders, regret that the position of all the shareholders will be seriously affected by the collapse in the market values which has occurred.
