COMPLICATED CASE.
Received January 27, 8.5 a.m. . NEW YORK, Jan. 26. Seventy-three lawyers representing some 1507 claimants to the will of the late Ella E. Von Wendel filled the Surrogates Court to-day to object to probate of the will. _ .. The Court granted an extension until March 14, when further consideration will bo given this complicated case. All the claimants were ordered to put their objections to the will’s execution in writing before that date.
