ROUGH WEATHER.
SHIPPING WARNED. SYDNEY, Dec. 16. Shipping has been warned that a moderate form of cyclone off the New vSoutli Wales coast is likely to cause strong south-east to south-west winds and rough seas. The disturbance is moving eastward. An abnormal tide reported inside the entrance of the Hawkesbury River this morning is attributed by observatory officials to a submarine disturbance.
