ARRESTED ON HONEYMOON.

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Dec. 22. Arrested at a seaside resort while on his honeymoon, Ernest Henry Ricketts, aged 50, a motor driver, will spend the next two months in Mt. Eden gaol. The.police said in Court to-day, that accused, while staying at a boardinghouse, got a moneylender out to the house and, by representing himself as the owner of the furniture, obtained £B. He deserted his wife in Christchurch some years ago. Counsel for accused said his bride was prepared to stick to him.
