WALKER BEATS RUMBERG. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Oct. 8. In a wrestling match at the Town Hall on Saturday, George Walker defeated Hal Rumberg by two falls to one. It was only the second occasion here that Walker has been really extended, and a crowded house thorough, ly enjoyed the contest. Rumberg secured the first fall with a body scissors and a.rmbar in the third round. Walker evened in the seventh with a Boston crab. In the final round Rumberg picked his opponent up and attempted to dump him, just failing. He picked him up again and Walker grabbed the ropes. Rumberg tried to pull him off. At the second attempt Walker suddenly let go a.nd the pair fell to the mat with Walker on top to gain the deciding fall with a press.
