WOODVILLE.

WOODVILLE, July 26. The Mayor (Mr 11. P. Horne), nccom panied by Mrs Horne, returned on Thursday from a holiday- trip to Tauranga. Mr P. F. Evans has left for Napier. With the exception of soino minor details, (he earthwork in connection with the Oringi-Mnharahara road deviation which has been in progress for many months, is now practically completed. The new deviation is on the left-hand side of the NapierWcllinglon railway running south.
