WOODVILLE.
WOODVILLE, July 31. Mr R. H. Morgan, of Woodvillc, has returned from Fiji. Mr and Mrs J. C. Bolton, of Woodvillc, who have been on a holiday visit to Queensland, Australia, have left on their return to New Zealand.
A pleasant evening was spent by those who attended the social evening organised by the Women’s Guild of the Co-operative Socioty. Items wore given by Mr T. Smith (vocal solos), Master R. Munro and others, and an amusing sketch was staged by Mcsdaincs T. Smith and R. L. James. Music for dancing was played by Mrs Leslie.
