NEW PLUNKET ROOMS.

The plan for a new Plunket Society building in Feilding to be erected on the corner of McArthur Street, opposite the Police Station, reveals that the building proposed will be a two-

storeyed one of elaborate design. The upper storey will comprise a flat of two bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen, etc., while for the mothers there will bo a waiting room 17ft. by 15ft. on the ground floor. The nurses’ room will measure 13ft. by 12ft. 6in., and tho test room 12ft. 6in. by Oft. Sin. The section on which the building is to be erected was a gift made by Mr T. Kelly and his sister. At _ present the society is working to raise sufficient money to be in a position to enable the work to be commenced.
