STRONGROOM OPENED.
THEFT IN SYDNEY, Received August 4, 11.5 a.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 4.. Scrip valued at £7500 and £l'i 10s in cash were stolen from the strongroom on the premises of Messrs O. ,H. O’Brien, electrical merchants, in the city during the night. It is believed that the thief used a duplicate key as there were no marks on the strongroom door.
