SOUVENIR HUNTERS BUSY.

Received August 4, 10.5 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 3

Two thousand people attended the funeral of the former rector, Mr Harold Davidson, at Stiffkey, who died after being mauled by a captive lion, which was conducted by the present rector, Mr C. H. Fitch. Souvenir hunters previously took nearly every stone from the mound of earth excavated for the grave.
