CRICKETER’S DEATH.

CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. Received August 6, 9.55 a.m. LONDON, Aug. o. George Frederick Foster, of Manchester, was charged in the Bolton Court with the manslaughter of the cricketer E. A. McDonald. The prosecution said that McDonald was thrown from 10 to 15 feet into the air when struck by Foster's car, which passed under him. Foster said he did not seo McDonald.
