BANANA JUNKET. One pint milk, pinch of salt, two tablespoons sugar, essence lemon, four sliced bananas, two tablespoons chopped almonds, rennet, one tcaspoonful Put bananas and r.uts in dish; have milk lukewarm; add sugar and one teaspoon rennet dissolved in one tablespoon water, add essence to taste and stir well; pour over bananas, du-st with powdered cinnamon; set away to cool.
