Mr. McLennan, secretary of the Jamaica Kacing Club, where New York's racing will be held during tho next fortnight, advises that, despite the report current in the local Press of a possible Winooka-Equipoisc match, there will bo no match race at the course involving Winooka. Mr. McLennan, who is also secretary of the Havre de Grace Racing Club, said: “We could not risk such a race until the horso proves himself, even though many trainers who saw him last Saturday say that he is a horse of very nice action.” >
