DAYLIGHT SAVING COMMENCES Citizens are reminded that the usual daylight saving period in New Zealand commences at 2 a .on. on Sunday, and clocks wid then go forward half an hour. Summer Time Ends in Britain LONDON, Oct. 5. Summer Time ends in Britain on October 8.
